If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send unworn merchandise in resalable condition back to us. AFTER YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. YOU MUST INSPECT IT IMMEDIATLY. YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THAT DATE TO RETURN IT TO US FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. We cannot issue refund/exchanges on heavily soiled jewelry with perfume. We cannot issue refund/exchange on jewelry without original tags. All exchanges must be for same dollar amount or greater. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Shipping, Handling. Package Protection fees are non-refundable. Items without a receipt CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged without the receipt.

Please package the items in a padded secure enclosure. Be sure to Insure your package! This is very important, we cannot issue you a credit if your package is lost in transit.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, dipped in jewelry cleaner, smell of fragrance or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All sales information tags must be still on the items.
Added to your cart automatically is Package Protection. This covers packages that are damaged or lost during shipping. Simply contact email@example.com with your order number, inform us of the circumstances related to your claim. If you package shows delievered. You must contact the shipping carrier. If it was sent via USPS you go to you correct carrier location and ask for GPS coordinates of delivery.ALL CUSTOMERS ARE SENT AN EMAIL ONCE ORDER IS GIVEN TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
