FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is your Guarantee? 
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Cerese D purchases and Cerese believes in the quality of each piece. If for whatever reason your Cerese D piece is damaged or breaks during the first 60 days we will repair your piece. Please contact info@ceresed.com for more information. 

What are your products made of? What plating do you use?
Our jewelry is nickel free; We use a lot of stainless steel metals unless specified on a product page, we also use metals plated in 18K gold over brass or sterling silver plated. If you have any questions please contact us to confirm.

Do you repair  jewelry? 
We repair jewelry made by Cerese D. We will ask for a photo of the broken piece prior to you shipping it to confirm it’s our piece. 

When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-7 days BEFORE it ships. Then add on the days for delivery. We try to process orders as quickly as possible.

How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive an email that says your order is in "process". Within that email there will be a link to click with the "tracking number and info". Keep checking that email to know the status from the Shipper you selected. 

If I order overnight will I get it tomorrow? 

No, not necessarily. Please allow 2-7 days BEFORE it ships. Then add on the days for delivery. We try to process orders as quickly as possible.

I need my order as quick as possible. 
Please always chose to ship UPS and NOT United States Postal Service. Your order will get to the shipper faster than USPS will. We still have a 2-7 day turn around time. 

What day will my order arrive?

We do not guarantee delivery dates. We will process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. Keep in mind your order may not be the first to get processed. 

Rewards Points? 

There is a $100 min. spend in order to use your coupons.

Is my package insured?
Added to your cart automatically is Package Protection insurance. Package Protection covers your package if lost or stolen. This item/cost must be paid for at the time of your order to be cover. You can delete Package Protection if you  chose. However, you will be responsible for all damage or lost packages with the shipping carrier.

Can I pick up my order in your Atlanta Studio?
Yes. However, you must make an appointment to do so. Call or text 404-391-7313.

Can I call and place my order over the phone?
Yes. Credit cards will not be accepted over the phone. An invoice will be created and emailed to you. Once you receive it click button to checkout. All orders must go thru our website for security purposes.

Can I ship UPS to my P.O. Box?
UPS does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please contact them if you need further clarification on their shipping regulations. 


I placed an order and my money was refunded. Why? 

Occasionally orders cannot be processed and an immediate refund may be issued. These reasons may vary. You will get a notification of the refund by email.


 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Use dry cloth wipe down piece after each wear to remove oils/residue. Do this every time you wear a plated piece. Tarnishing or darkening will occur on plated jewelry over time. We recommend removing jewelry before showering, going to bed or any physical activity. Exposure to chemicals will result in compromising the integrity of your beaded and/or metal jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perfumes, hair products, perspiration, lotions, chlorine, salt water, and jewelry polish. Always wash wrists, neck and shoulder area and dry completely before putting on jewelry. Chipping of charms may occur if make continuous contact with tables, other jewelry, etc. Do not use jewelry cleaning cloths or cleaning liquids on plated jewelry. Jewelry should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a protective (lined) jewelry box or a tarnish-resistant pouch.

Cerese D uses precious gemstones, semi precious stones, pearls, glass, crystals, acrylic, and various metals. The metal may be silver plated, gold plated, rhodium, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, sterling silver, 14K Gold and 14K Gold Filled, etc. If you have a sensitivity to metals we recommend mostly beaded designs with little or no metal. Custom designs can be made in some cases upon request.
