Job Location:  Lumber Yard Lofts, Ellsworth Industrial Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30318

Job Type:  Full time, some weekend

Travel Requirements:  Possible travel to trade shows

Reports To:  President, Design & Development

Job Summary:  Performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the company, office activities and workflow.

Compensation:   Will vary based on skills


  • Instruct Production Associates on how to make jewelry pieces
  • Manage daily production of handmade beaded jewelry pieces; produce pieces when needed
  • Set, monitor and enforce production studio safety standards
  • Set Production Associates work schedules and oversee output
  • Ensure that each Production Associate is maximizing high quality output during their shift
  • Track and control inventory of raw materials and finished goods
  • Photograph incoming raw materials and finished products
  • Prepare final produced piece for pricing by itemizing each product element into software system
  • Collaborate with design department to ensure designs will be optimal for production
  • Troubleshoot production issues, collaborate, lead and/or train staff on resolution, procure tools as needed
  • Quality Control precision on beaded jewelry pieces to ensure accurate production from design to highest quality pieces
  • Manage deadlines for completion of targeted daily production
  • Lead and inspire team to ensure balance of production, morale and accountability
  • Continuously research new methods, technology and tools to improve processes and capabilities
  • Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the department and company



  • Be highly organized and creative with keeping a shop system constantly improving and on track
  • Have a positive, authentic, welcoming and creative personality
  • Have basic beading skills (bead stringing, wire wrapping, stretch bracelets, etc.
  • Able to read and understand step by step design directions
  • Achieved minimum high school degree, some college
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, multi task and prioritize work
  • Pays attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Communicates with excellence both verbally and written
  • Possess basic math skills
  • Be committed to working safely and efficiently
  • Have an eye for design and detail
  • Be trustworthy and honest
